EBC: Enviro Bio Cleaner (De-greaser/Multi-Purpose Soap)

Yes. EBC is an excellent additive to mix with sodium hypochlorite (SH) and water for exterior cleaning applications. For heavy driveway cleaning or moss removal, a common professional pre-treatment method is to mix SH at a 4:1 ratio with water, add a couple of litres of EBC, apply it to the surface to dwell, and then pressure wash.

Thanks to its multi-purpose formulation, EBC is safe and highly effective on a wide variety of surfaces. It is commonly used on concrete driveways, parking lots, commercial building exteriors, dumpster pads, heavy machinery, greasy kitchen exhaust zones, and general household wash downs.

EBC is highly concentrated and can be heavily diluted depending on the severity of the soil. For light maintenance cleaning, it can be diluted up to 20:1 or 50:1 with water. For severe oil stains or heavy commercial degreasing, it can be applied at a stronger ratio, such as 5:1 or 1:1, or even neat for spot-treating stubborn grease patches.

While EBC is a safer, biodegradable alternative to harsh caustic cleaners, standard commercial safety protocols still apply. Operators should wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and protective gloves, ensure adequate ventilation during use, and avoid allowing concentrated runoff to enter stormwater systems untreated.
