SWAG - GECKO - High grip Surfactant

Both are high-quality, bleach-stable surfactant soaps, but they are designed for different styles of cleaning: SWAG (Gecko): Features a much higher "stick factor" and heavy foam content. It is engineered specifically for vertical surfaces (like walls and steep roofs) where you need maximum grip and extended dwell time. SWASS: A highly economical, versatile everyday surfactant soap. If you want a pleasant aroma for batch mixing, we recommend adding 100 mL of Citrus Scent per 5 L of SWASS, as sodium hypochlorite (bleach) can otherwise degrade the dyes and scent markers in products like SWAPPLE.

SWAG is specifically formulated to be highly bleach-stable, making it the perfect additive for your sodium hypochlorite (SH) house and roof wash mixes. However, it is not designed to be mixed with strong acids (like those found in EBC Restorer or Spitser). For acidic cleaning applications, stick to the standalone acid-tech products or check the specific product label for compatibility.

Because SWAG has an incredibly high foam content and "stick factor," a little goes a long way. For Batch Mixing (e.g., a 100 L tank): We generally recommend starting with 200 mL to 500 mL of SWAG per 100 L of total mix, adjusting based on how vertical the surface is and how much dwell time you need. For Blend/Proportioner Systems: Set your surfactant dial to a low setting (typically around 1 to 2) to achieve a thick, shaving-cream-like consistency on the wall without over-sudsing or wasting product.

While SWAG is engineered to "grip and dwell" on vertical surfaces to give the SH time to work, it is designed to release cleanly when hit with high-volume rinsing. To ensure a spotless finish—especially on windows, glossy cladding, or powder-coated surfaces—always rinse thoroughly from the top down using clean water before the surfactant has a chance to completely dry on the surface.
