Soft Wash Australia's SWAM has a unique combination of biodegradable selective surfactants for moss removal, mould removal and other soil removal on any exterior surface. When diluted with water and applied, it immediately attacks that unsightly moss, mould, soil and grime. Each time it rains, this safe, cleansing combination reactivates to help flush the moss, mould, soil and grime without scouring the surface it has infested. SWAM is a biocidal eliminator spray and gone formulation. A highly concentrated detergent sanitizer for one step cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces affected by mould or mildew. Ideal for clean up after natural disasters, flood etc.
SWAM can be used on any exterior surface; it’s great for your roof, concrete paths, driveways, bricks and paving, natural stone including sandstone, ceramic pots, pool surrounds, timber weather boards, painted surfaces, clay and concrete roof tiles, textured coatings, canvas awnings, tennis courts, decramastic, fibrolite cladding, astro turf and aquatic accessories including boats.

Coverage varies significantly based on the porosity of the surface (e.g., smooth metal vs. porous concrete) and the application method (sprayer vs. downstreaming). On average, 1 Litre of RTU solution covers approximately 4 to 5 square metres.
