Titan 12" Hose Guide | For Full-Frame Reels (#T7212)
Take the frustration out of rolling up your high-pressure or softwash hoses on tight skid layouts. The Titan 12" Hose Guide (#T7212) is a heavy-duty, bolt-on upgrade designed specifically for compact 12-inch Titan full-frame hose reels. It guides your hose edge-to-edge across the drum to eliminate overlap, prevent binding, and keep operators' hands clear of moving parts.
Whether you're operating a manual rewind or a fast electric-start reel, this guide allows you to spool the hose safely from an angle, keeping your hands clean and away from moving parts.
Key Benefits
- Perfect for Compact Skids: Maximizes space efficiency on tight truck beds or trailers without sacrificing hose control.
- Even Hose Distribution: Eliminates bunching and binding in the center of the narrow drum by smoothly guiding the hose edge-to-edge.
- Extends Hose Life: Reduces friction and sharp bends, protecting your high-pressure and softwash lines from premature kinking.
- Operator Safety: Keeps hands completely clear of the reel mechanism during high-speed electric rewinds.
- Bolt-On Installation: Heavy-duty brackets line up directly with your existing Titan 12" full-frame chassis for a quick setup.
