Built for ultimate reliability, simplicity, and long service life, the Flo-Mix 3/4" 3-Port Polyethylene Chemical Manifold delivers highly accurate chemical proportioning for softwash and high-pressure cleaning rigs. Precision-machined from a heavy-duty black polyethylene block, this non-corrosive proportioner is engineered to withstand continuous exposure to sodium hypochlorite (bleach), surfactants, and aggressive washdown chemicals.
Outfitted with transparent metering valves for effortless visual adjustments and Hastelloy spring-loaded check valves to prevent backflow into fresh water lines, this 3-valve system provides maximum field performance. Its modular architecture is expandable from 3 to 4 valves without replacing the base manifold block, making it a future-proof investment for commercial softwash builds.
