Add precise, on-the-fly chemical proportioning to your softwash setup with the Flomix Essential Acrylic Chemical Dosing Manifold. Engineered as a dependable and cost-effective metering solution for professional cleaning contractors, this manifold allows operators to adjust water, sodium hypochlorite (bleach), and surfactant ratios instantly without pre-mixing batch tanks.
Built around a crystal-clear acrylic block, the Flomix Essential gives operators full visual monitoring of fluid movement, making it simple to detect air pockets or line blockages in real time. The manifold features two 3/4" metering valves for high-flow water and main chemical lines, alongside a 1/2" valve for concentrated soap/surfactant control. Upstream backflow is prevented by UPVC check valves fitted with corrosion-resistant Hastelloy springs, and the entire assembly comes standard with an anodized aluminum mounting bracket and stainless-steel hardware for fast installation on your rig.
