Restore precise automatic demand functionality to your softwash pump with the genuine Delavan 7800 Series Fat Boy 12V Pressure Switch Assembly (7800-PSW-100). Specially designed for Delavan 7800, 7900, and 5900 series 12-volt demand diaphragm pumps, this replacement microswitch module automatically senses system line pressure.
It shuts the motor off when the spray gun valve is closed and instantly restarts flow upon trigger pull. Engineered to operate across a 60 to 100 PSI shutoff window, it prevents continuous pump motor overrun, protects internal diaphragms from rapid pressure spikes, and significantly reduces 12V battery drain on softwash skids and chemical spray rigs.
