Designed for continuous-duty softwashing, this patent-pending proportioning manifold allows operators to draw pure products directly from individual water, sodium hypochlorite (SH), and surfactant tanks, accurately blending them on the fly to match the exact requirements of any surface.
Whether you need a heavy 4% blend for a stubborn roof or a gentle 1% mix for delicate house siding, adjusting your ratio takes just a second—simply turn the chemical metering valves. Installed directly on the suction side of your pumping system, the ProPortioner prevents wasted chemicals, eliminates inconsistent batching, and keeps your mix precise every time. It is fully compatible with 12V pumps, air diaphragm pumps, gas-driven booster pumps, and other demand pumping systems.
