How long does a build take?
Every skid is built to order at our Biggera Waters facility. Our team will confirm your exact build and dispatch date with your quote, so you can plan around it.
Will it fit my tray or trailer?
The skid footprint is 1250mm (L) x 1750mm (W) x 1000mm (H). We confirm compatibility with your vehicle before dispatch.
Is finance available?
Yes - through our finance partner, Finance at Work. Approval is typically fast; exact weekly repayment figures depend on your application.
What's included?
The complete Softwash Kit (weatherproof booster box, Pro-Portioner, poly handpiece, J-Rod, 600mm extension), the complete Pressure Kit (commercial lance, downstream injector, gauge, tip set), 2x Water Dragon hose reels + 30m supply hose, and full remote control for pump/solution switching.
What if something needs repair or replacement?
Every skid comes with a 12-month warranty. If a component fails, call our Biggera Waters team on (07) 5574 6115 (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm). We'll troubleshoot it with you and, where needed, arrange repair or replacement parts. We stock spare parts for the pumps, reels and valves we build with, so you're not left waiting on a one-off component.
