How long does a battery last?

There are a few variables but the 25ah battery should last around 5-6hrs of continuous use.

Can I buy a spare battery?

Yes, spare batteries will be available to purchase if desired.

What happens if the pump dies?

NWC offer a 3-month commercial warranty on the pump and components, if it fails within 3 months of purchase simply ship it back and we will replace any necessary components and ship back free of charge.

What happens if the pump fails after 3 months?

Simply ship it back to us and NWC will replace the pump for $180 inc parts, labour and return shipping australia wide.

What about the housing?

If you manage to break these housings, we’ll give you a crisp high five for effort. Under normal use they will outlive your family tree.  Abuse/damage is not covered by warranty and it’s about the only way you’ll ever damage the housing.
