TACTICAL is an awesome pole for ground to 5 stories - basic RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL work, and GUTTER SCRUBBING.
TACTICAL is 25ft in actual length, giving you a 30ft reach (compared to other brands marked '30ft') and it pulls apart at 14ft and 4ft to make a lighter, nimbler pole as you clean lower.
