X-ION Lite RO Pure Water System

Operation 

• Supply water is first filtered through the 10in Sediment and Carbon pre-filters
• The water is then filtered through the 40in RO membrane to remove 95%+ of the TDS from the water
• The water is finally filtered down to 0 TDS with the 6L DI Tank

• The 6L DI tank comes pre-filled with 6L of De-Ionizing Resin
• The 6L DI tank can quickly be detached for use separately from the RO
• Quickly disconnect the hose to use RO-only water 

FAQ's

How often do I need to replace the membrane?

• You can expect 2+ years of use from the RO Membrane with proper use and maintenance.

When do I need to replace the resin?

• When the water reads higher than 20ppm coming from the DI tank 

How often do I need to replace the Sediment and Carbon pre-filters? 

• Regularly inspect the filters - They will turn completely brown and need replacing, this will vary with differing water sources

What hoses can I use with the X-ION Lite RO?

• As the system is reliant on tap pressure, we recommend using hoses with an ID of 8mm or larger to maximize flow to the pole tube - Excessively long or small diameter hoses can dramatically affect the flow and pressure
