X-ION MINI RO Pure Water System

• A Robust, Compact, and Portable RO system for mobile water-fed window cleaning

• Produces up to 3.5L/pm of 000TDS water

Operation

• Water is first filtered through a 0.5 Micron Chloramine Reduction Filter
• A 107psi Shurflo 12volt pump pushes the water through the Reverse Osmosis Membranes
• The 2x 21" Reverse Osmosis Membranes remove 95%+ of the TDS from the water
• Final filtration takes place in the 2L DeIonising canister, which brings the total TDS down to 0

• Sturdy Anderson Plug to connect a 12v Power source  - Lithium Power Pack Available Separately
• Dual TDS Meter to Monitor Supply TDS and Post-RO Filtration TDS
• Bypass Valve to use RO-filtered water only, in cases where RO & DI is not needed
• RO Lifespan of 2-3 years with proper use and flushing
• All filters are easily replaceable by the user

How often do I need to replace the membrane?

• You can expect 2+ years of use from the RO Membrane with proper use and maintenance.

When do I need to replace the resin?

• When the water reads higher than 20ppm coming from the DI tank 

How often do I need to replace the Chloramine Reduction Carbon pre-filter? 

• Regularly inspect the filter - It will turn completely brown and need replacing, this will vary with differing water sources

What hoses can I use with the X-ION Mini RO?

• We recommend using hoses with an Inner Diameter (ID) of 8mm or larger to maximize flow to the pole tube - Excessively long or small diameter hoses can dramatically affect the flow and pressure
