FluoroSeal C is a premium, water-based fluoropolymer sealer formulated for porous natural stone, clay, concrete, and reconstituted materials. Utilizing advanced fluoropolymer chemistry, it penetrates deeply to form an oleophobic bond that repels both water and oil-based contaminants without altering the natural appearance of the substrate. Safe for application on damp or wet surfaces, it ensures long-lasting stain resistance and structural protection.
Dilution & Yield
- 5L Concentrate: Makes 20L Ready-To-Use (RTU)
- 20L Concentrate: Makes 80L Ready-To-Use (RTU)
Estimated Coverage: Coverage depends on substrate porosity, surface profile, and application method. (Note: Not recommended for use on very dense substrates).
Suitable Surfaces: Porous natural stone, clay pavers, concrete, garages, walls, entertaining areas, kitchens, wet areas, pool surrounds, patios, and driveways.

Safety Directions
- Hazard: May cause mild skin and eye irritation upon direct contact.
- Prevention: Wear standard safety gear (gloves, protective clothing, eye protection). Avoid breathing vapors or spray mist. Wash exposed skin thoroughly after handling.
- Storage: Keep container tightly sealed in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct heat and oxidizers. Keep out of reach of children.
- Disposal: Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local regulations. Do not allow product to enter stormwater drains or waterways.
- Emergency: Call AUST 13 11 26 (Poisons Information Centre).
