SilaSeal C - Concentrate

SilaSeal C is an advanced, water-based silane-siloxane penetrating sealer system engineered for porous natural stone, clay, concrete, and reconstituted materials. Featuring deep-penetrating Si-based chemistry, it chemically reacts within the substrate to form a durable, cross-linked protective backbone. Formulated for high efficiency, it allows for convenient same-day cleaning and sealing via a single flood coat application, even on damp or wet substrates.

• 5L Concentrate: Makes 20L Ready-To-Use (RTU)
• 20L (4 x 5L Box) Concentrate: Makes 80L Ready-To-Use (RTU)

Estimated Coverage Average coverage is approximately 5 m² per litre (RTU). Note: Actual coverage depends on surface porosity, application profile, and substrate absorption rate. Not recommended for use on very dense substrates.

Suitable Surfaces Porous natural stone, clay pavers, concrete, driveways, roofs, garages, walls, entertaining areas, kitchens, wet areas, pool surrounds, and patios.

Safety Directions

• Hazard: May cause mild skin and eye irritation upon direct contact.
• Prevention: Wear standard protective gear (gloves, protective clothing, eye and face protection). Avoid inhaling vapors or spray mist. Wash exposed skin thoroughly after handling.
• Storage: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, heat, and strong oxidizers.
• Disposal: Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local regulations. Do not discharge into stormwater drains or waterways.
